Delivery Policy

Effective: 31 August 2026 · Version 1.0 · Sagira is the platform/operator that facilitates the marketplace and delivery workflow. The merchant is the seller of record for goods bought through Sagira. This is a platform policy — a merchant's own delivery fee, minimum order, and service area are shown at checkout.

1. Service area

Sagira's marketplace delivery is available wherever a participating merchant operates and a rider can fulfill the order. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address you enter. If delivery is not available to your address, the option will not be shown.

2. Fulfillment options

Two fulfillment models are supported:

  • Platform rider — Sagira assigns a rider from the in-app rider pool to pick up and deliver your order.
  • Own rider — you or the merchant appoint your own rider. You are responsible for the rider you appoint and any hand-off arrangements.

3. Estimated delivery time

Estimated preparation and delivery times are shown on the order before you confirm. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary with demand, traffic, weather, and merchant readiness. Live order tracking is available in your account once a rider is assigned.

4. Delivery fees & minimum order

Each merchant sets their own delivery fee and minimum order amount, shown at checkout before payment. The fee depends on distance and the merchant's published rates. Sagira does not add a hidden delivery surcharge on top of the merchant's published fee.

5. Rider responsibilities

For platform-rider orders, the rider is responsible for picking up the prepared order and delivering it safely to the address you provided. Proof of delivery may be captured when the order is handed over. Tips are optional and paid separately from the order total.

6. Delays, lost or damaged orders

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, report it from the order in your account as soon as possible. Sagira reviews each report in good faith. Where the merchant or rider is at fault, Sagira works to resolve the issue through a replacement, re-delivery, or refund as appropriate under the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unreachable, or access is refused after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the merchant. You remain responsible for providing an accurate, reachable delivery address and contact number.

8. Contact

For delivery questions, open the order in your account and use the support option, or visit the Help Center.
