• You are at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian.
• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You agree to comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

Sagira may provide a Digital Wallet, Flight Booking, Hotel Booking, Bills Payment, Money Transfer, Merchant Services, Email Services, Instant Messaging, Rewards & Loyalty Programs, and other financial and digital services. Virtual and physical Sagira Cards are coming soon and are not currently available. SGR token trading, exchange, and staking features are coming soon and are not currently available in the public app. Some services may require additional agreements or regulatory verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and PIN, securing your devices, promptly reporting unauthorized access, and keeping your account information updated. Sagira is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

• Wallet balances are subject to applicable regulations.
• Transactions may be delayed for fraud prevention or compliance checks.
• Fees will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Transaction limits may apply.

• Airlines, hotels, and travel providers set their own policies.
• Changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the provider's rules.
• Sagira acts as a booking facilitator unless otherwise stated.

Users agree not to send spam or unsolicited messages, distribute malware or harmful content, harass, threaten, or abuse others, impersonate another person or organization, or share illegal or copyrighted material without authorization. Sagira may suspend accounts involved in abuse or illegal activity.

• Commit fraud or money laundering.
• Engage in terrorist financing.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Sagira systems.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform.
• Use automated bots without written permission.
• Upload malicious software.

• Maintain accurate business information.
• Comply with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver products or services as advertised.
• Resolve customer disputes promptly.

Certain services may incur processing fees, currency conversion fees, booking fees, merchant fees, and card issuance fees. Applicable fees will be disclosed before completing a transaction.

All Sagira logos, software, designs, trademarks, and content remain the property of Sagira or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Sagira intellectual property without written permission.

Sagira may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or illegal activity, pose security risks, or provide false information.

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Service interruptions beyond its control.
• Third-party service failures.
• User negligence or unauthorized account access.

Sagira may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines unless otherwise required by applicable law.
